Website Sizing for All Monitor Sizes

Hello all,

I'm new to this forum and need some help using Dreamweaver to created webpages that work well with most monitor sizes. Below is the website address that I've been working on. On my Dell notebook it looks fine. On my new 19" monitor it does not look good. What can I do to solve this problem?

What resolution is your monitor set to?

It appears to be looking normally in 1024 x 768.

Hey there buddy!
your site's layout is ok
but i noticed that the picture that is in the middle-right part
is positioned absolutley and it floats around with the layout as you change sizes, the problem could be that its outside the main container
check it out and contact me if you have anymore problems
