well i have sum pictures that i have that need ta b lightened and this website said itcould how exactly do i do it and if not is there a website i could go to ta lighten up tha pictures

There lots of methods to go about this. But i will give you the simplest. You will need photoshop. Open the image you would like to be lightened.
IMAGE>ADJUSTMENTS>VARIATIONS>LIGHTER (menu on the right).
All done.
