what is the high resolution for printing and which format is the best to printing ??

Print,

Is usually 300dpi and CMYK.

You can also use 360dpi, 720dpi, 1440dpi and 2880dpi.

As for format, I would recommend EPS or TIFF

if i give resolution more than 300 dpi it's goes to streched
so i confused on resolution

Unless you're printing something with special equipment, or for a special purpose, 300dpi is usually sufficient for almost any use. I find much more really just increases file size, and the image sizing confuses me too. I don't know enough to really explain the hows and whys. But if you google printing resolution dpi explained, you'll find some useful info.
