fill a text in gold

hi,
i would like to fill a text in gold colour.
how do i go about doing it?

Well im not sure because of the lack of info you gave, you should be able to select the text tool, highlight the text and choose a color, or swatch, or style from one of those palettes. if this does not work try clicking on the layer your text is on but hold the command key (mac) or ctrl key (windows) while doing this, this will make a selection and should be able to fill it. i hope this helps.

If what you mean by gold you mean Metallic that might have to be something the printer can do once you take them the sample of what you want printed. for a metallc feel to you text you may want to consider using some type of graphic effect like a refelction on one side of all the letters. I hope you understand what I mean by this.it's difficult to understand without the image.
