expanding flash movie

hi, i'm just wondering if anyone know's how i would expand a flash movie without enlarging the contents inside of it, so basically i want the flash movie to take up the whole browser window, but doesn't want to stretch the movie, so that i can do some transition effects. thanks in advance.
