div has default white background ?

hello everyone!

is there anybody knows why i can't see my hover drop down menu because it is behind the white background of div tag? I did make a background transparent but still there is a white that covers the hover drop down..

please, let me know what should i do.

You can put your hover bar higher on the z-index which will give it precedence to appear over that div of yours
