running executables

Hello I'm a C# developer thats new to web applications.

I just need to create a simple page that has a radio button.

When the radio button is clicked it runs a LOCAL executable.

help or link to a tutorial would be appreciated

If he is a C# developer he will probably be wanting it in ASP.NET not PHP...
