CSS help! background IMG

Hello, I have a problem.
Im working on a web page http://tacrosst.com/privacy/and in the background of the page i have inserted a spring imagine. But i don't know how to MAKE the imgaine touch the red footer. hope you can help

I'd try:

HTML and CSS Syntax (Toggle Plain Text)

body {
background:#FFFCF5 url(images/bg.gif) no-repeat fixed center bottom;}

Only issue I forsee is the the footer might be a problem, but sure you would work it out

and
add a blank space equal to the height of the footer to the image, OR
add a colored bar equal to the height of the footer to the image and dont set bground color in css to the footer
