Can someone tell me how we can dd External style sheet to our HTML document???

REALLY easy. Use the link tag within your head tags

HTML Syntax (Toggle Plain Text)
<html>
<head>
 <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.example.com/styles/default.css" type="text/css" />
</head>
<body></body>
</html>
<html>

 <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.example.com/styles/default.css" type="text/css" />
