my layout shows up different but with same code as similar page

i have just uploaded my site from dreamweaver at http://www.freeaddsgalore.me.uk
however the layout of the pages have come out fine on every page except for the link
http://www.freeaddsgalore.me.uk/seopr.html

for some reason all the code is the same as the other pages for table layout but the page comes out different when uploaded from dreamweaver than it does in the local browser!

if anyone could tell me why i would very much appreciate it
