  1. Keyword Research - this is the job of seo agents to identify the potential keywords for a website that attarcts maximum visitors

  2. Keyword placement - this can be acheived with the help of developers, k/ws need to be inserted on every pages

    .H1,H2 tags
    .Navigation
    .Alt tags
    .Internal Links
    .footer links
    .Urls
    .Folder/file names

If the basics of SEO can be achieved while designing the website, it becomes quite easier for the website to be found in SE
