I'm a Python developer in the Greater New York area. I found out about this community through the DaniPad cow-orking space and the cool Meetup gathering that happens there twice a month.

I've consulted for more than a decade, working for various financial companies (it's NYC, after all), startups, etc., building large systems. Now I'm a developer at a startup that's exploring the exciting space of microservice architectures.
