What is that green tweet button with a number next to it used for? (located just under "Business Exchange" menu) Sometimes I see a 1 and other times a 0. Does that just mean Dani has posted something on tweeter.com?

It's the number of times that other people have posted about the current thread / current page on their twitter.com accounts. If you use twitter yourself, it's also an easy way to tweet about the page yourself in one-click.
