Sorry if this question is already asked.
After new changes i am not able to judge that if anyone has posted to the thread after me where i have posted.
Previously judgement was easy based on circle infront of post title.
Now circle remains white bordered even there is some coments after me.
If anybody knows please let me know.

Assuming we're thinking of the same thing, yes.
You can tell by the number of replies, the most recent respondant name, and if thread subscriptions are turned on, you'll be notified by email as well. Unfortunately the recent activity icon isn't working quite as we'd like, but that's on the list of things to fix, so it's only temporary. :)

It depends on subscription made by you for receiveing mail for when any one replies to your posted thread.
