Daniweb has an IRC channel. You can get to it indirectly through your favorite chat application at irc.daniweb.com, or you can click the "IRC Chat Network" button near the top of the right hand list of navigation links on every page.

Some "1s" may not necessarily be so keen on chatting "wid u directly online".
