I am selling one of my sites but don't know how much to offer. Please help me evaluate the price.

Hosting is already paid until 2008-10-15

Earnings:
The site has earned $98 last Januaray but because of server corruption resuting to loss of all files, I lost momentum to promote. Thus, the combines earnings of February and March is $140.
I am accepting individual ads through blogroll and last month the site earned $105 for reviews and blogroll.

it depend whats your keyword.According to you its on 14 page on google but in what keyword and whats your demand.
