William Ayers was an activist when Obama was 8 years old. This McCain smear campaign starts to look silly.

McCain in a BeliefNet interview in which said, "I would probably have to say yes, that the Constitution established the United States of America as a Christian nation." This despite the fact that the Constitution, which McCain has presumably read, does the exact opposite.

Let's not totally forget the McCain accepted the endorsements of the pastors Rod Parsley and John Hagee. There were media reports about Parsley's vitriol toward Islam and Hagee's denounciation of the Catholic Church as the"great whore" and statements like "Hurricane Katrina was the judgment of God against New Orleans."

Lots of pretty sick stuff out from these two fellows that McCain was "palling" around with.

McCain's son was on the board of directors for Keating's S&L. Which guy are you saying was Obama's buddy that went to jail during the S&L thingy? Why are you mentioning Louis Farakan - I thought you said not to mention him? I watched the last presidential debate with a room full of veterans. However, when "My Friends" McCain made General David Patreus the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, there were some gasps. Folks were wondering how much McCain really knows about the military, particularly since the real Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is Navy Admiral Michael Mullen.

Besides the fact that there is no agreement to build the pipeline and it's not a $40 billion project, Palin's work on the pipeline would hardly make her “one of the foremost experts” on energy in the country.

But Palin's mojo didn't stop there. McCain continued, “She has been involved in these issues of energy in many unique ways, including being on the board that oversights the natural gas and oil resources and other resources in the State of Alaska. And so I think that there's nobody more qualified to take on our mission of becoming energy independence.”

As part of our nonpartisan voter registration program, we have review all the applications submitted by our canvassers. When we have identified suspicious applications, we have separated them out and flagged them for election officials. We have zero tolerance for fraudulent registrations. We immediately dismiss employees we suspect of submitting fraudulent registrations.

For the past 10 months, any time ACORN has identified a potentially fraudulent application, we turn that application into election officials separately and offer to provide election officials with the information they would need to pursue an investigation or prosecution of the individual.

Election officials routinely ignored this information and failed to act. In early July, ACORN asked to meet with election officials to express our concerns that they were not acting on information ACORN had presented to them. ACORN met with Clark County elections officials and a representative of the Secretary of State on July 17th. ACORN pleaded with them to take our concerns about fraudulent applications seriously. One week later, elections officials asked us to provide them with a second copy of what we had previously provided to them. ACORN responded by giving election officials copies of 46 "problem application packages," which involved 33 former canvassers.

On September 23, ACORN had received a subpoena dated September 19th requesting information on 15 employees, all of whom had been included in the packages we had previously submitted to election officials. ACORN provided our personnel records on these 15 employees on September 29.

Looks like 86% Conservatives make up the viewers of the Fox News cable channel. Anybody surprised? After all it's Dick Cheney's channel, the only one he watched in his hiding post.

I heard old Palin will allow herself to be interviewed on Fox News only for the next few weeks.

I could not find the Cavuto bit so I will have to settle for Brian Wilson. If you think the seniors could not raise their hands fast enough, you gotta get a new brain. What are you talking 'older seniors', my great grandma lived to 104 and when I went to her 100th birthday party, she got up and hugged me and knew who I was. When she was 90, my great-aunt and some other relatives convinced my GGma to move out her home where she lived by herself and move in with her daughter because her daughter needed help after her heart attack. We grew up in Montana and we don't need some know-nothing young whipper-snapper telling us that our seniors don't know who we want to vote for or are too slow to show our preferences
