i bought a new panasonic tv ,it was in the shop advertized as a 29in,
i later found it to be a 27in,[ from corner to corner ]
the manager of the shop [ EMCO ] PHILLIPEINS,said that it is not his problem, and conntacted PANASONIC,he phoned me to say,,,it is a 29in Model, not a 29in screen, that i was led to belive it to be,
surly this is not legal to advertize it as a 29in screen
i tol him i wanted a 29in,,but he wanted me to pay more, and says he cant or wont take it back, any suggestions on what to do,i feel i have been sold somthing i didnt ask for,
sincerly,,,,,,,,,,,,,jaykay1935

Manufacturers usually measure from corner to corner of the tube, not how much picture you can see.
