Hello,
I have a question about forum etiquette.

I read somewhere that one part of forum etiquette is to ask your question in one place and to not 'cross post'.

But if you don't get any replies to your question...is it ok to try your question somewhere else? (somewhere else being either another forum or another category of a forum you've already posted it to)

Hope you'll enjoy it here! Yes, you ought to be able to post your questions in other forums.
