It's a pleasure and an honor to be a part of this fine community. I've been working in the telecommunications industry for 30 years or so. In my current position. I'm a technical support engineer for one of the major telecoms, dealing mostly with physical layer transport. However I've also some background in Frame Relay, ATM, Cisco Router configuration, both in service delivery and tier 3 engineering support.
I'm interested in IT and web development, but I confess I'm a total novice in this arena. I hope to learn something and who knows, perhaps attain a level in which I can offer useful contributions.
