Do you mean like saving MS Word to JPEG?
If it is, just copy all, then paste it in say Paint, then save.

If you want to do PDF, first you can do is to go to their website-Adobe-and do an online convertor. But you must register first.
Second, there are several freeware that can convert Word and other types of document into PDF. Im using pdf995.

I think araizex is right. You should go with the PDF converter. The PDF file is always better than an Image format.

Openoffice also has an option to export to PDF
