I am computer enggineer and i want to open a small software Company.
initially only I ,we work in Small Software Company.But I want personal Software Company:
1. is it neccesary to company be registerd then how do??
2. what should be our approach to get projects?
3. from where i can get the projects?
4. what is the initial investment?

also give some other suggestion from your side that are needfull for a company to build a set up.....
