Dear All,

Just a quick note to say hello. I work for a small company and as such we tend to do as much as possible in house. When the computers go down I am in the hot seat to get them going again. Also in the process of redoing our web site.

My usual approach is to jump in at the deep end and learn quickly through mistakes - not very scientific and not best practice but I usually get it sorted in the end (with allot of help and advice from those with the knowledge).
