under the new "hate crime" bill currently before congress it would effectively be a crime to Caucasian (aka white), because everyone knows that all white people are racist...

I think it's supposed to be white collar crime :)

What's ginger? Isn't that a low-alcohol beer?

please dont tell me that you have never had ginger beer?

and ginger = red hair

Racism sucks. I get picked on all the time because i am scottish and ginger and live in england, probably worse than if i was black, but the problem is that you can get away with being racist to a scotsman whereas if you said the same sort of things to someone who was black you would never get away with it.

Aww, I like your ginger hair!
But I can empathize, I also get made fun of because I'm half Korean. (I think I've already said that before...) There's absolutely no racial diversity from where I live. So it seems as if everyone hates other people because they're different. Except for blacks... everyone tends to leave them alone.

Does anyone else think that prisoners on death row deserve their last meal rights? If they're going to be murdured it's the least you could do for them. It's not like the cost is too much of a burden, especially when you consider you are dealing with someone's life, hardly something that a price can be put on.

you are correct -- sorry every for the apparent racist remark which was not intended.:$

Does anyone else think that prisoners on death row deserve their last meal rights?.

Yes, but only because it is a traditional thing to do. It does seem sort of silly to give a person something to eat just before we kill him, but hey, its a feel good effort to make us feel good about ourselves for killing another human being.

Ha, yeah that's true. Makes it seems a little more humane.

so now we're criminalising white collars. Good thing white shirts don't suit me, I prefer to wear black :)

A white collar crime is a crime against the upper class?

A white collar crime is a crime committed by the upper class ... such as insider trading, embezzlement, tax fraud, etc.

I always say: if you are going to do something worth of Hell, better be worth it.

Depends on what it is.

or ever more just being upper class, having an income higher than minimum wage while not being a socialist (if you're a socialist you're allowed to have a high income, or else they'd have to disagree with their own founders, Marx and Lenin were both rich men).

i hate the damn working class

I am middle class. The working class get all the benefits where we, who have enough money to get by, but not really that much, are left forgotten.

Maybe i should make a political movement for the middle classes....

Marx and Lenin were more than socialists, they were communists. I'm a socialist that disagrees with both of these men and I don't think it's necessary that I become rich. Money certainly doesn't mean everything and doesn't equal happiness, a central idea of socialism. So let's stop the mudslinging.

That's true. The middle class shouldn't be left behind. English politics are a lot different than American politics though. The middle class doesn't get any benefits?

You dont get anything if youe family make over £30k a year (dont try and do straight $ to £ conversions, the cost of living is much higher over here)
