I subscribe to Worse Than Failure (aka Daily WTF) which has a bunch of [hilarious] programming and development oddities, and a few Microsoft blogs.
Jump to PostWell the one which I read is "Joel on Software". Not all, but still some of his blogs are really funny and informative. Other than that, a lot of Java blogs. :)

I just use the Google Reader. With the whole personalized home page thing, it's pretty handy.
And I've heard of Joel's blog before (positive things even), but I forgot about it.
