My daily bowl of breakfast cereal: Corn flakes with Cheerios, granola and raisins with 1% milk. It keeps me going till I eat my late lunch. (Of course there's my coffee, without sugar, that I'm starting right now)

Banana slices with unsweetened apple sauce. Put a handful of Honey Graham Ohs over the top of it to make it crunchy.
