1) right now I'm drinking black tea;
2) 2 hours ago: 4 raw eggs (with rye bread & salt) and a couple of spoons of some fish pâté;
3) at the morning it was a plate of oat flakes cooked "on water" (no milk, I mean);
So far it's all my meal for up to 16:30 p.m. of my local time.
