Im gonna take a stab and say probably pull alot from local searches.
Given they are cell phones which means you and your phone could be from a completely alien area code.
But you probably know what I mean.
Interesting question. And guessing depending on your client base..a very important question to answer.
Certainly worth a ponder and some grey matter.
