Hi joy....I would say for increasing your backlinks, you should do directory submissions, forum postings in dofollow forums, article submissions and social bookmarking....directory submissions and social bookmarking will give you good no. of backlinks....

Also blog commenting and Forum posting is better way for increase backlinks because backlinkc from them are quality backlinks. Also we can get quality backlinks from them.
