One way to promote your site is leverage social media. Encourage visitors to follow you on those platforms, have promotions, give-aways, etc... You can also pay for advertising on sites that compliment your products. Get involved with other partners that will promote you. Write good, unique content so that search engines will index your pages and give you high page rankings.

However, just opening an account on this site and on your first post just linking back to your website is pretty lame and very spammy. No one is going to be interested in visiting your site using this approach.

Also, if you look at the source code of this page, your hyperlink has a rel="nofollow" attribute so your posting is not really going to help your ranking. Its really a waste of your time to post your site link in this manner.
