Has anyone played around with the AdSense ad balance setting? Notice any changes or improvements?

It says:

Ad balance is under maintenance

Your Ad balance settings have been reset and your revenue isn't affected.
Our engineers are working on it. Please check back again soon.

OMG I just answered my own question without even realizing it! Apparently I saw the setting six months ago and still don't know what it does. OMG I need to bed.
