plz elaborate what you wanted to say.......if its an error than y is it working fine in chrome and mozzilaa.....and even in ie8

Elaborate on "not working". That means nothing. What's not working?
As a side note, IE6 is not compatible with your site as it cannot render png images.

The menu in 7 mode is over the logo. If you switch compatibility mode in IE8 you can see it. Usually this issue is the other way around. I haven't seen a site that worked in 8 but not in 7. Very interesting...
