Hi and welcome to daniweb.
#1. Get rid of the uTorrent Programs. This is violation of forum rules.
#2. Please do the following:
Follow steps 2 through 9 found HERE Reboot the computer after each scan. Save the logs.
Once you have completed those steps then run a new HJT scan and save the log. Post back here with the MBA-M log, the ESET log and the new HJT log and we will decided what needs to be completed next.
Judy

hi
i followed the instructions but was unable to complete the eset online scanner so i used the panda2 software. there doesn't appear to be any suspicious programmes on my pc and the only thing of note i found when performing the steps was that the eset scanner crashed my pc and the panda2 scanner took 8 hours to complete. i have not deleted the infections the panda2 software found yet! thanks

One thing I see which is unnecessary is the PeerGuardian program. This is a firewall for P2P programming mainly. You are running Norton 360 which also contains a firewall, so that means you have TWO firewalls, a major No-No. Uninstall the PeerGuardian.
Now to be honest, the Norton program WILL slow your computer, no doubt about it. This could be part of the problem with the slowness of the computer.
I also note that you only ran the Quick Scan with MBA-M. I would recommend that you update the program and do the Full Scan, removing anything found.
You should run the Panda program again and have it remove everything found. Reboot the computer after both of those scans and then run a new HJT scan. Post back with all three logs.
Judy

thanks for that i will do all that now and hopefully post back in the next few hours(depending on how long the scans take). is there any anti-virus programmes you would recommend that are lighter than norton? i hate the thing lol

The one I use is Avira Free, an excellent free anti-virus program, doesn't have a lot of extra junk in it. Avast is also another good Free program, has a bit more processes than Avira.
The thing with this Norton program it is one of those "all for one/one for all" programs...anti-virus, firewall, anti-spy/anti-malware but my opinion is that the same things can be done with serveral FREE programs without all the extra baggage. Both of those Free anti-virus programs get consistently good reviews and are well respected.

Have you run the online scans requested? Have you rebooted the computer since all of these appeared?

hi
yes i ran both scans and nothing was found by either. i re-booted my pc twice since running the scans. i have tried doing system restore(as no virus's seemed to of been detected) but it says my pc cannot be restored to that date i have tried 2 other dates also but the same thing happened which is strange as i have never had that before. my pc is so slow its unbeleivable and my internet connection is just as bad

You forgot, infection WAS found in that Panda scan that couldn't be removed.
Please do the following, follw these instructions exactly:
Please Download Combofix TO THE DESKTOP.
You will get a prompt asking if you want to run or save the file. Choose SAVE and save it to the desk top. DO NOT RUN it YET
You must take some preventative measures so that there are no conflicts with other programs when running ComboFix. At this point you should do the following:

* Close all open Windows including this one.
* Close or disable all running Antivirus, Antispyware, and Firewall programs as they may interfere with the proper running of ComboFix.

Once these two steps have been completed, double-click on the ComboFix icon found on your desktop. Please note, that once you start ComboFix you should not click anywhere on the ComboFix window as it can cause the program to stall. In fact, when ComboFix is running, do not touch your computer at all and just take a break as it may take a while for it to complete.
Windows may issue a prompt because ComboFix does not have a digital signature. This is perfectly normal and safe and you can click on the Run button to continue.
ComboFix is now preparing to run and when it has finished you will see the Disclaimer screen you should press the number 1 key and then press the enter key to continue.
ComboFix will create a System Restore point so that if any problems occur while using the program you can restore back to your previous configuration. When ComboFix has finished creating the restore point, it will then backup your Windows Registry.
Once the Windows Registry has finished being backed up, ComboFix will disconnect your computer from the Internet. Therefore, do not be surprised or concerned if you receive any warnings stating that you are no longer on the Internet as your connection will be completely restored at a later stage in the program.

ComboFix will now start scanning your computer for known infections. This procedure can take some time, so please be patient.
While the program is scanning your computer, it will change your clock format, so do not be concerned when you see this happen. When ComboFix is finished it will restore your clock settings to what they were previously. You will also see the text in the ComboFix window being updated as it goes through the various stages of its scan.

When ComboFix has finished running, you will see a screen stating that it is preparing the log report
This can take a while, so please be patient. If you see your Windows desktop disappear, do not worry. This is normal and ComboFix will restore your desktop before it is finished. Eventually you will see a new screen that states the program is almost finished and telling you the programs log file, or report, will be located at C:\ComboFix.txt.
When ComboFix has finished, it will automatically close the program and change your clock back to its original format. It will then display the log file automatically
You should now post this log here when all is complete.

ok will do that now and will post the log back as soon as it is done. i did forget about that virus found by panda but nothing else seems to of picked it up (mbam, spybot, norton, bit defender etc) so im not sure what it is exactly but il run combofix now and post back asap

I'll be waiting for your log. As far as other scans not finding this infection, this is VERY common. Not all scanners look for the same things, this is why we generally have folks run more than one scanner, especially when symptoms continue.
Judy

i dont understand why it says avg firewall disabled because i dont have avg installed lol

You must have had it at some time because there was also evidences of it in your first HJT log. There must be a large portion of it remaining if Combofix noted it.

Give me another HJT scan

Reboot the computer.
Are you still having the problems noted in your first post?

thanks for mentioning that it has been confusing me as to what that is as i dont know that mail address nor have i ever used it. i will delete it now with hjt and re-boot. no the problems i had are pretty much sorted out now i think. pc is still mighty slow though

We certainly can try to help with the slow boot time by eliminating unnecessary start ups, which should make a difference.
I will note, however, that Norton IS notorious for slowing the system so this could be part of the problem.

thank you so much for all the time and help with this problem
