Hi

My friend has a mac laptop and he's installed something that allows him to run xp softwares.

Can anyone tell me which software that allows us to run mac software on windows xp?

Unfortunately, no, there isn't. Unlike windows, OS X can only be installed on Apple Hardware, which prevents any of the VM manufacturers from being able to produce a OS X VM environment like VMware Fusion does with Windows (which allows you to run windows software).
