I have an hp pavilion zv6000. When I turn it on the hp screen comes up for a few seconds then a black screen comes up with a flashing cursor at the top left. The computer stays on but doesn't repond to anything. The bios menu works with F10 at the hp screen, I tried to do the hdd self-test but it gets stuck at 10% and won't finish. Any ideas?
