Some quick help/advice please?

Hey,
This is a very simple question about Ram, and most people will be able to answer it without a fret.
I bought a nice computer a year ago from Superior Computers, and everythings been running smooth. However, I've been looking for ugrading my 1 gb ram into at least 2 gb.

Its an Intel Desktop Board D946GZIS

The website says under Memory:
Two 240-pin DDR2 SDRAM Dual Inline Memory Module (DIMM) sockets
Support for DDR2 667 MHz and DDR2 533 MHz DIMMs
Support for up to 4 GBΣ of system memory

While the current RAM I have is 1GB PC5300 Premium DDR2 Memory S/N
(This is off the sheet I got with the computer)

Now, the Ram I'm hoping to install is:

-OCZ Gold Series 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

Will the RAM I'm hoping to buy work with my motherboard/computer? If it doesn't, any good sugestions for 2 or 4gb ram?
