I have a presareo s6500NX machine, windows XP 2.5 speed, 1 gig ram. I need to take images off VHS tapes to still frames Jpeg. Do I need to get a video card with RCA jacks like on
back of VHS players? I do have a USB jack but, how do I get a converter if they'res such a thing.

or maybe it's easyer to pay for this service? if you know any pass it along.

reason; I work at a school behind my house. vandels are messing it up-gang of 35. I'm video taping to turn them in.
I'm sick of spray painting, broken windows, bottles broken ect...

Thank you

yes, this is the only way i know of that you can take vhs to put it on your computer. I had a pci slot sony capture card that i sold for about 60 bucks on ebay a few months ago, but i now you can get other models on ebay for less.

here is a search for what ebay has to offer currently: http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?cgiurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com%2Fws%2F&fkr=1&from=R8&satitle=pci+capture+card&category0=

all you need is a capture card that has the rca inputs on it.

Best of luck with your delema!
