Seen this many times before itsnthe graphics card. It happens a lot on the qosmio range. There is usually a fix for this but www.pcworld.co.uk wont be able to fix it try www.laptop-repairs-london.co.uk they have a page about laptops not booting up. I got mine repaired as the guy there said it was bad contcact on the graphics card chipet. Hope this helps as i tried for 2 months to find a solution but i got there in the end.
