I have found on of the viruses but it will not let me delete it manually, so I tried scanning with Windows Defender, which found the virus but could not delete it either.
So far I have tried scanning with Windows Defender, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, and I am currently scanning with TrojanHunter. Here is my hijackthis log.

It's very difficvult to get rid of the trojan file that's running. Since you know the file concerend, you could put the drive onto another PC (e.g. via a USB enclosure) and remove it (and any others created around the same time) there. Reboot in safe mode in the original PC, rerun PYBOT or whatever; then a registry cleaner. If you got all the files in the delete operation and if windows wasn't damaged by the trojan, you should be OK.

Ok. I have manged to remove the video-add on trojan and all of the others using Hijackthis, Trojanguard, and AVG.
Here is the updated hijackthis logfile.

Thank you for your help :)

Go into safemode on your computer and do a once-through with whatever antivirus/antimalware programs you have just to be sure- I can read your Hijack This log (or any) about as well as I can read Mandarin Chinese (as of right now :p ) so I'm not sure if any of those are suspicious.

As an added bonus, try running some outside, online scans in "Safe Mode with networking" just to be sure- as these are less likely to be/have been altered by the virus(es) in question.

Here's a list for you:

Kaspersky Free Virus Scan http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner

Trend Micro HouseCall http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Microsoft Live OneCare Safety Scanner http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm

BitDefender Free Online Scanner http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html

McAfee FreeScan http://us.mcafee.com/root/mfs/default.asp?affid=294

Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool http://www.microsoft.com/security/malwareremove/default.mspx

Symantec Security Check http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/default.asp?productid=symhome&langid=ie&venid=sym

Panda ActiveScan http://www.pandasecurity.com/homeusers/solutions/activescan/

They're all very good tools, but not all of them remove problems. Housecall, Safety Scanner, MaliciousSoftware Removal Tool, and Security Check I think all remove problems. Not sure about the others.

Better safe than sorry!

Good luck!

//EDIT

Oh! And a very good registry/junk file cleaner, I've found, is CCleaner. www.ccleaner.com

All the best,
