Can't Open Control Panel, My Computer, My Documents etc in Vista

hi guys

i'm patrick and a newbie here

i guess my problem is quite similar to many of u guys here... i cant open Control Panel, my computer, windows explorer etc... BUT i can open IE, MSWord etc

my OS is Vista Home

everytime i try to open My Cmmputer, the screen "re-freshes" and desktop icons, taskbar menu disappears and it couldnt load at all!

AND next the screen completely blank except the wallpaper... so i hit Ctrl-Alt-Del - Task Manager - Applications - New Task - type "explorer" .... then my desktop icons and start menu reappears...

i've tried scanning with AVG, Windows MRemoval, Spyware Terminator, Spyware Doctor ...and deleted most of the threats already... yet the problem remains

i've also manually deleted 2 unknown files ending with .cpl via Safe Mode

whenever i reboot the system there is a prompt telling me an error loading
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\ddccayvs.dll

i've also scanned my system with VundoFix v6.5.10 but i cant complete the online scanning with Panda ... there was nothing in vundofix scan

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html) to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Make sure that you restart the computer.

after the scan i got a prompt that says an item could not be removed. That item is
