google redirect

I'm having problems whenever i click a result in google or yahoo, where i get redirected to other pages and advertisements. Also a lot of sites it try to visit will not come up and spybot and ad-aware and my antivirus cannot connect to update. It's really frustrating. I've been been trying to fix it all day with no success. Any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated. Ive got all programs i could (with the limited websites i can visit) that were listed on the read before posting thread and am axious to fix this issue. Thanks in advance

Hello USMCyatyas and welcome to daniweb. You said you were able to download some of the requested programs in the sticky. You might try booting to Safe Mode with Networking hopefully this will get you online and able to avoid the infection files which are stopping your updates and see if you are able to update the programs you have, your AntiVir program and especially Malwarebytes Anti-Malware which is noted in the sticky. Allow both of those to FIX or Quarantine whatever they find. If you see you cannot update, don't worry about it yet then, just run the scans as is but do it in Safe mode and see if you can get them to complete, if so, then have them fix.
Reboot the computer in normal mode and run a new HJT scan. Post back here with the logs from the programs you can run and that new HJT scan log.

I went into safe mode with networking and tried updating and didn't have any luck. However, I was able to get a copy of Malwarebytes AntiMalware and run it. It seems to have done the trick. Here's the logs from the scans before and after:

None of the other programs turned up anything. It appears to be working fine now. Is there anything else i should do?

If you are certain that all is running well and back to normal then you should set new, clean restore point. To do this Right Click My Computer. Choose Properties. When System Properties opens click on the System Restore tab. When that opens place a check mark in Turn Off System Restore. Click Ok. You will probably get a box telling you this will turn off System Restore and are you certain you want to do this, click yes or ok. System Restore will then shut down. Wait a moment and go back in and take the check mark out. This will turn it back on.
