Malware/rootkit problem: redirected pages, slow performance, changed registry?

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago I had a bad virus on my computer (Anti-Vir 2010 suite or something like that). I ran all the scans out there, and thought i had removed it.

But then, my websites and google searches kept getting redirected to other websites. That was the only indication that there was still an infection on my computer. Avast, AVG, Ad-aware, MBAM were all super clean, no infections found. So I recently also downloaded Avira, AntiSuperSpyware, and Spy-Bot search and destroy, and they all found a lot of infections and removed them. But the problem still persists. I came to this forum hoping to finally clean it up. and the weird thing is, once I started following the first steps that this forum dictated (the Windows Security scan) the Anti-Vir 2010 suite kicked in full fledged again! (pop-ups, blocked task manager, etc etc). But rid of it again, but it's still not clean. I've posted all the requested information. These scans took a very very long time (ex. MBAM usually takes 1.5 hours on my comp for a full-scan.. it was going for 6 HOURS with no signs of stopping. And the computer crashed several times through my scans). Oh yes, and when i did the microsoft security scan, all it found was Alureon trojan.

Please download ComboFix by sUBs from HERE or HERE

• You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
• Physically disconnect from the internet.
• Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
• Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
• When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to post in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log
• Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

There is also one other symptom I noticed.. My firewall keeps getting turned off everytime I reboot my computer. I am not sure if this is a symptom, or if I turned something off in the startup menu.

Try pasting the line into jotti's

I went through and showed all hidden files, and still couldn't find it. I trie to paste it into jotti, but it wouldn't allow that, or to type in the file; it only allows uploading.

Then, i did a search on my computer (including all hidden files) and all I found was: ajatnjrl.dat in C:\WINDOWS\system32\MpEngineStore\RebootActions

I scanned that file just in case, and it found nothing for all the scans.

Is there something I'm missing for why I can't find that file?
