unable to open folders, and popuppers prob

I have two problems right now.
1. Whenever I tried to open any folder or file, I get microsoft errors and everything shuts down.
2. Popuppers.com is continuously showing up.
Here is my Hijack Log.

Please download Brute Force Uninstaller to your desktop.

* Right click the BFU folder on your desktop, and choose Extract All
* Click "Next"
* In the box to choose where to extract the files to,
* Click "Browse"
* Click on the + sign next to "My Computer"
* Click on "Local Disk (C or whatever your primary drive is
* Click "Make New Folder"
* Type in BFU
* Click "Next", and Uncheck the "Show Extracted Files" box and then click "Finish".

RIGHT-CLICK on this link http://metallica.geekstogo.com/alcanshorty.bfu
and choose "Save As" (in IE it's "Save Target As") in order to download Alcra PLUS Remover.
Save it in the same folder you made earlier (c:\BFU).

Please reboot into Safemode:
Turn on the computer.
Immediately begin tapping the F8 key.
Use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode and press the Enter key.

Open My Computer and navigate to the c:\BFU folder. Start the Brute Force Uninstaller by doubleclicking BFU.exe

Behind the scriptline to execute field click the folder icon and select alcanshorty.bfu

Press execute and let it do its job.

Wait for the complete script execution box to pop up and press OK.
Press exit to terminate the BFU program.

Reboot into normal windows and post a new HJT log.

Close all other windows and click Fix Checked

Delete the following folder in bold if it stii exists:

C:\PROGRAM FILES\MYWEBSEARCH

Download
http://www.ccleaner.com/Start CCleaner.
Click on the "Options" icon at the left side of the window, then click on "Advanced."
Deselect "Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours".
Click on the "Cleaner" icon on the left side of the window, then click Run Cleaner to run the program.
After CCleaner has completed, click Exit.

Run ActiveScan online virus scan:
http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan.htm
When the scan is finished, save the results from the scan!

Post the results from the Panda scan and a new HJT log.

Copy all of the test in the quote box to Notepad. Click File - Save as. For the name call it Fix.reg for the type save as All Files, save to the desktop.

REGEDIT4
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MyWebSearch]
[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\UWAS6.UWAS6]

Double click on Fix.reg and allow it to merge with the registry.

Rescan with HJT and check this:

O4 - Startup: PowerReg Scheduler.exe

Click Fix checked.

Reboot into safe mode. (keep tapping F8 on startup)
Find and delete the following files and folders in bold:

C:\Documents and Settings\Evynne\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\PowerReg Scheduler.exe
c:\windows\teller2.chk
c:\windows\sbnet
C:\Downloads\PuppyLuv-dm[1].exe

restart and post a new Hijackthis log.

Hi Colin Mac,
I cannot delete C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch folder. Popup error message saying "cannot delete F3HTMLMU.DLL: It is being used by another person or program...." shows up.
Also http://www.ccleaner.com/Start doesn't work. It says "Missing Page Error".
Would you please chech out these again?

Finally I was able to delete C:\ProgramFiles\WebSearch folder. Also I downloaded CCleaner and ran the program.

Locate your HJT.exe here

C:\Documents and Settings\Evynne\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\3JK3GT0Y\hijackthis[1]\HijackThis.exe

Create a new folder in C: called HJT and move the Hijackthis.exe in there so it has a permanent folder.

Run CCleaner and PandaActive scan once more. I'm not see anything much in that log.

I cannot find C:\Documents and Settings\Evynne\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\3JK3GT0Y

Actually I found C:\Windows\Temp\Temporary Internet Files but there is no 3JK3GT0Y folder exist.

I don't know what to do next. I still get pop-up ads a lot.
