Oh man, that's a bit of a mess...

Please download and run Ad Aware, SpyBot, and CWShredder (links are in my sig below). Those programs will detect and remove most if not all of what you've been infected with. It's probably a good idea tio run a full virus scan of your system as well.

For all of the above, make sure you check online for the lastest updates to the programs- new spyware programs and viruses are dicovered almost daily, so you want to be up to date on the removal tools.

yah, i've already ran adaware and cleaned out a lot (and i mean a lot, heh) ..
i've run spybot at least 5 times and it can't clean a few things, i've taken a screenshot:

it can never clean those..
i've run shredder as you've suggested and i've done a full sys scan already (w/norton) but maybe i'll scan online (housecall) and see if anything else comes up

any idea's on how to remove those remaining infections?
thx for the reply

EDIT: also, that "DSO exploit" comes up everytime i do a scan, no matter how many times it's cleaned out.. :(
-tso

Try installing the latest security patches and bug fixes from Microsoft; they might have published a fix for the DSO exploit in question.

For the BlazeFind and TSCash problems, check these out:

BlazeFind
TSCash

For the "possible hijacker", click on the "+" box to expand that entry; there's more info in there whiuch might tell us exactly what the suspect item is.

yah i've been to that first site but i don't know what it means by "unregister" .. (sorry if thats a dumb question) .. i don't want to go and delete it and cause problems.. (if it's even possible to del it atm)

i'll go ahead and d/l any possible updates.. (i have sp1) but it might have been awhile since they've gotten updates..
thx for the help

EDIT: went and found this: regsvr32 /u file.dll to unregister.. would that be the way to do it?..

EDIT2: heh, that cmd works, but there was only 1 dll that was found out of that list that was able to be unregistered.. and so far i can't find any of the keys in that list.. this is beginning to be a big pain.. :( i wish i could just reformat this thing.. but thats not an option for them

Yeah, some of this stuff can be a real bear to remove.

Make sure you've done a Windows Update to get current with the patches, and then post a new HJT log and we'll take it from there.

BTW- have you made sure to get teh latest reference files for Ad Aware as well? If not, do so and rerun the program before posting a new log.

yah, i've made sure all was updated w/those..
here goes the new log:

any help would be greatly appreciated.. thx
EDIT: wow.. i'm about to just scrap it.. i think it's beyond repair.. i'm scanning w/housecall atm and it found 15 infections (uncleanable) like
"TROJ BRDIGE.A" .. like 6 of those, "TROJ STILEN.A" .. couple of "SMALL.A" 's .. ..wow (all in temp and temporary internet files)

Try the first free online viruse scan in my signature ,make sure to click on auto fix

Actually, you can try running both Ad Aware and SpyBot in safe mode- might help.

OK- some of your log entries definitely need fixing, but some of them might also relate to legit programs on your particular system. If you know that any of the files/folders referenced in your log relate to programs that you know you need, don't touch those entries. Otherwise, here's what I'd get rid of:

I don't think this needs fixing .
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = 127.0.0.1

well, i went ahead and deleted those entries..hope that helps some..
i tried running spybot in safemode but that didn't help :(

also, when going to msconfig it's always in "selective mode" no matter how many times i try putting it in "normal mode" it will always go back .. dunno if thats a big problem or not..

thx for the help, appreciate it
