I have installed fedora 13 in separate disk partition( Not inside window 7 )...so now i want to remove it and want to install ubuntu studio 10.04...
As I am new to this Linux Environment I need ur help to step forward

You should be able to install ubuntu over fedora. Insert the Ubuntu disk and delete the Fedora partitions then install Ubuntu how you installed Fedora. Ubuntu should rewrite the grub (boot selection screen) automatically.
