I have a mac OS 10.7.5.
So this is the problem, my mom was transferring pictures from a folder in PICTURES into the USB drive. After she did that, all my folders from the last 30years in the documents tab have opened and are all over the place!
How can I go back to what it was before? please someome help me because it is practically impossible for me sift out all this again!

also.. i tried restarting the system to see if it went back to normal, but that didn't help.
