IE Redirect page

I read on your site that there is a fix for IE redirect problems but it was closed.
When I do a google search and click on the results I go to a redirect page. Could someone help me with this? Thank you.

Redirects are due to Browser/Dns Hijacks, i.e. in layman's terms, they're due to viruses/adwares, Do the following :

Download Ccleaner, Install it, Open it...
Under the 'Cleaner' Section select all in the 'Windows' And 'Applications' Tab, Then click on 'Analyze' And then 'Run Cleaner'...
Do The Same In The 'Registry' Tab, i.e. 'Scan For Issues' and 'Fix Selected Issues', It will ask you to make a backup, DO IT...Then Click on 'Fix All'...Now Reboot The Pc..

*Now download TrendMicro HijackThis
*Install it, Run it and click on 'Run a scan and save a logfile'
*After the scan you will get a notepad window with the scan results, Save it.
* Post the HJT log back here.

close all browsers, scan again, place a 'check' mark next to the following entries and click on 'fix checked'

Now Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* Make sure all applications including browsers are closed during the scan and you are preferably not in safe mode
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad, Save the Logfile.
* Immediately Reboot he computer
* Post back the mbam log here

So also open cmd (start/run/cmd) type in :
'notepad C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts'
a notepad window will open up, paste its contents here..

"O1 - Hosts: 142.29.221.23 zenwsimport" ... is okay. From my limited knowledge of the web and its workings.... and Windows... what this entry does is simply point your browser to the IP 142.29.221.23 when you enter "zenwsimport" into the address bar, alleviating the need to type www, or wondering what is the correct domain, what country code..... There is no need for a DNS search because the hosts file completes the IP [before inserting a protocol to test if none is suppplied in the address, windows first checks the Hosts file for redirection entries].
I don't actually see anything wrong in the log, but another scan won't hurt.
