When i google something, I go to a result, but it redirects me to a fake virus scan site.
Also, when I try to go to gmail, it doesn't load unless I go to this specific address (https://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox) The button on my google tool bar doesn't even work.
I've tried clearing all my private data, and still nada.
Kaspersky doesn't pick anything up.
Applies for Firefox and IE.
Works fine on my Mac in Firefox and Safari.
Any suggestions on how to fix it, and prevent it???

* At the end, be sure to checkmark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

You then need to download HiJackThis and post a log from both in the malware area on DaniWeb. Do not post them here.

I installed Malwarebytes Anti-Malware but after I checked to update and run when finished, it just closed. I try to run it, but nothing happens...
Have a look in the logs tab to see if it completed or not. You may also need to manually restart your PC.
You need to start a new thread in the malware area about your problem.
