Everytime I format my computer, the moniter will not work. And everytime, I have to take the computer to the repair shop and they do something very small with takes them about 1 - 5 minutes and cost $5. They told me this is because my moniter is too small (its 15''). and window is set for a bigger moniter. How can i do this myself.
