I've just finished installing Black XP on my DELL Inspiron 2650 Laptop but ht e welcome screen doesn't show up at startup.
I've tried to put password, thinking maybe it would prompt for password at startup, but nothing.
Can anybody help me?

Black xp is pirated version of windows ,we do not offer support for such .

PIRATED? How come? how do these people get their things in stores?
i just bought that CD in a renown store! Anyway thanks for letting me know. Maybe i should look for another OS. but i know many other people who are using it, but don't know it's pirated, is it ok if we report that store?

well it shouldn't be selling in stores ,did you buy it off the counter or did someone working there get it out back for you
